My interpretation of Rev 17 is the incoming AI that Gordi Rose & ilk are bringing into our world that they themselves call a Tsunami of demons /old ones which are set to inhabit their army of AI. These may well be in alignment with what the bible calls, Powers & Principalities.

Ouroborus represents the idea of primordial unity related to something existing in or persisting before any beginning with such force or qualities it cannot be extinguished.
