Had a dream, what someone said in it was repeated a 1/2 hr. later in my awake life.

So you note it, then move on.. else you get attached to it, take it in your mind as some sort of object, turn it around, get totally absorbed by it, like deer staring into headlights, ignoring the world around you, as you play with your precious precious memory of something, and forget all about what is in front of your face in the here and now.
