While I don't know any details, I am intuiting that he has to, some extent, paid a personal price for his brave citizen reporting.

Any way you look at it, all that toxic waste water from the Fukushima disaster will end up in the Pacific, either by govt. decree/ Tepco or in the next EQ/ tsunami.

What lessons were learned? Fuck all it seems as there exists to this day numerous NPP sitting on or around known active faults right across the planet. With solar cycle 25 just beginning and peaking around 2024, the likelihood of another major tremor in the region is high.
