I'm not big on sex pervs around children and she needs to be punished severely but this is a textbook case for a charge of 'lewd and lascivious behavior'... it fits it too a tee.

Molestation is an absurd charge in this case they are trying to scare her into a lesser plea deal is all.

It is typical DA overcharging which I am as about as fond of as the sex pervs themselves.
