Ok I'm all against pedo's as much as any one on here,
but there has to be more to the story than what was given.
The story plainly states that the kids could have seen her touch herself.
It doesn't even say whether they did or not.
Masturbating in front of kids or anyone is a far cry from 19 counts of child molestation.

It depends on whether you are taking the side of the letter of the law or the spirit of the law. In one sense, she did molest those kids. Not physically, but mentally or spiritually. They often arrest people with the harshest sentence and then the judge and jury will realize the other side and find a way to plead it. However, I do think we need sentences for these types of things. Children see teachers as role models and they look up to teachers. It is very wrong to break that trust because the impact is great when a teacher does it. Did any of the children see what she was doing? If the children had NO idea of what had happened, then how were they harmed? You and I did NOT see her do this, so of course, we were NOT affected, and realistically not harmed by her actions. I don't know who, what, when, or how... Personally, none of my business.
