yeah...

So's Vegas

We're talking 3 figures here, not 4 or 5. So it's not like I'm planning on wiping out my retirement. It's entertaining.

Use coinbase pro for much cheaper fees. Don't be afraid to hold. Seems to pay out more in the long run unless you are good at quick trades but that will take up most of your day. Could make thousands in a day easy, my partner has made 53k in 1 day and he works a regular trade with me

53k huh? That's huge. I do know one person that made $3,000 in a week. He started out with $2,000 and ended up with $5,000 What did he start with to make that? What was the buy in? Maybe a couple hundred thousand?

He works with about 30k balance which is quite a bit for the average Joe. He lost 2200 today though so it comes and goes. Last Friday he made 7200. Me, however, down about 40% from where I started cuz my dumb ass tried doing the quick trades and had 1 bad dip that screwed me. Now I'm just holding and its going up consistently

There are a couple of ways to go here. Buy or don't buy.

It is very expensive to buy now but will it continue? If smart money is exiting cash, as they should, BTC will be 5 million USD by the end of the year and a loaf of bread will be 5k USD.

Or, BTC is bubbled up now and ready to collapse like it did the last time. I am hoping for this scenario so I am comfortable dumping all in at a stable price. The dollar collapse is actually coming this time now that we have a communist tyranny and I hope BTC retreats a little so I can preserve more wealth.

Ngl this thread makes me uncomfortable..

If it's just a game for you and you're not doing research/homework, then play long enough and you will lose it all.
And i don't want to have a hand in that.

With that said, IOTA is one of the major projects i'm keeping an eye on:

[link to imgur.com (secure)]

I believe it may replace the Ethereum network, reasons including its zero-fee transactions, true scalability (Tangle), and attention from central bank currency projects and several European governments. Its smart contract implementation is in pre-alpha and a DEX is in development.

It's a network but also has an MIOTA/IOTA token, which has been mooning lately but may pull back, so it's more a medium/long-term investment IMO.

In the shorter-term, SFP (for the SafePal hardware wallet) just launched, and is projected "by many" to at least double from here ($3 -> $6)

Holding does seem to be safest. I can't imagine making 7200 in one day, but if one is starting out with 30k, that's quite a let up. Still less than I thought it would take to make so much though.

My stimulus money goes to vodka and hookers. Every payment the government forces me to take goes to the underground economy.

What I wan't is a tax refund. An actual refund for every fucking dime I payed this fraudulent government my whole life. About 800k should cover it. Give me back my fucking money and I will cause no trouble for government ever.

We will be square.

Thank you for the info. And never you worry about me doing something stupid. I'm seriously not trying to invest more than half a week's pay. Think of it this way-it's just a learning exercise for me. I learn best by doing, and I expect to pay a small amount of money for that knowledge, plus some sweat and time.

If after that I decide that it's something to take more seriously, then I won't be asking for advice from strangers. I'll be doing serious research. Right now, I'm just looking for the funnest place to start. Thanks for the input! hf

I don't know. It seems like real estate would be the best way to preserve wealth, or some other physical asset. Of course, you have to know that real estate is going to be in a stable place, and right now we don't know which parts of the country are going to be stable, so that's a gamble too.

I would get in soon though since bitcoin just reached its new high, more attention going to crypto. I'm sure stimulus check money will be going in too so everything is bound to go up

If youre only going to mess around with a few hundred. Download coinbase wallet. Buy Uniswap on CB xfer to CBWallet. Find small cap coins. Get smartcontract swap uni > (small cap). Ride small pumps swap back to Uni then rinse & repeat. Easily do +5% roi each swap if you dont hold too long and get rugged.

I used twitter in the past to find PnDs (Pump and Dumps). Or just anything getting hype. Since the whole Wallstreetbets thing theres Satoshistreetbets. Similar thing but its just lately been pumping Doge. Other stuff posted sometimes you can hop on those quick and buy before other people.

They are stuck with Coinbase listings while youre using a Dex (Decentralized Exchange). So you have headstart to buy in before bag holders get rugged.

Or you can just find actual projects with low/mid caps and partners. Throw in a few hundred. Setup sell orders probably in 10% increments maybe even 50% for exit strategy and leave the rest for 3 years until the next bitcoin halving. Then come up with new exit strategy.

I personally believe Yelin is gonna cock block Crypto soon.

I'll buy when sentiment changes, but there is good momentum right now if you do but and I'd be averaging in if I weren't waiting for these events:
New investors piling in->Msm saturation Crypto coverage -> my parents start asking about bitcoin->further / full retard Crypto gains from broad public interest and widespread rumors of corporate entry (hope to escape here)-> yelin goes on the attack->2+ years to average in

Buy Bitcoin, and hold. Do not sell.

The only 3 that you need to trade up and down right now: DOGE, VTHO, VET. You can easily ride the volatility on these and make 100%+ gains in a matter of days.

If you're in the US, get a Binance.US account.

The cat is out of the bag. No one can block crypto now. With a trillion in market cap, there is no way any single person can shut it down if you get my drift. It will be 5 trillion or more by years end. One thing you want to get rid of like a hot potato is USD.

Remember all the suicides in the '29 market crash?

Well, as soon as the lights go out, the grid goes down, or even just the internet access goes down, your Cryptos go to ZERO.

Crypto currencies are IMAGINARY "money". It's trading fake "money" (Federal Reserve Notes) for another form of fake money that are really no more than electrons on a screen, in an imaginary "vault".

When someone loses the millions of dollars that they THOUGHT was "money in the bank", even thought they didn't work for it, they will be plunged into deep despair when it ends up being worth exactly the amount of "work" they invested into it.

The Powers That Suck love it though, because it is PERFECT training for the Mark of the Beast, in getting people into this mindset of a computerized account representing their ability to buy and sell.

And with so many of the jobs going away forever, they will usher in a Universal Basic Income for the serfs, while all those who stacked precious metals by the millions of ounces, and own all the valuable real estate, will hold all the REAL wealth.

In your doomsday scenario, the only currency is ammunition.
