The next morning she called the popo. Completely making up a story based on bits and pieces of what she thought she remembered. Her Trigger Finger was indeed broken. This meant I executed the gun removal properly. I gave my side of the story to the popo and they said... "So we need to ALSO arrest your wife and make your children wards of the state. I said " What ever she said was the truth." I did this to protect my kids. I eventually got out, got diversion, and am working on a expungement. Meaning it never happened. But because of the number of inmates. I was send to a state prison while retained. The food is beyond horrible. The lights are NEVER turned off. Try to Sleep? You can have either a blanket or a pillow. Not both. 15 minutes at noon to walk around, 15 minutes at 6 pm to walk around. I did have my own cell. And they did monitor my meds every few hours. (my bp went to 120/198. After 5 days I posted bail and was let out. Those 5 days/ 5 years ago have made my life a living hell. It wasn't a reality TV show, but I saw the show where ppl went to ":jail" as a form of "Survivor". So I got the mindset that I didn't belong there. THe one person who took me under his wing and helped me was ironically a serial killer. He went by the name Dino, and he basically told me that his life was ruined and He'd die before he saw me get hurt. So I had that,,, I still wonder how he's doing and how he made out? I sent him letters and dry goods but never heard back. I guess the St. Louis Jail Riot sorta brought this out in me. Just know the system will eat you alive, regardless of how innocent you are. If you are a man and your wife says "Let me out" in the middle of the Ghetto. Let the bitch walk home. Seriously. You have a cell phone with video capabilities. Film her getting out and film yourself driving home. You'd rather piss off your wife than piss off the local police. They dont send you to state prison for 5 days...1 year or longer sentence and youll go to state, even if they are over crowded...They dont give a shit they will pack you in county till you get sentenced. They also dont put you with serial killers...they put you with the severity of the crime....So i call bullshit on the story...By the time they process you in 1 day..process you out to state 2 days...drive, process you in again another day, process you back out drive back to county, process you in again..then process you out for bail...what about the court date (arraignment?) when was that? I BEG TO DIFFER... MAYBE NOT SERIAL KILLERS, BUT KILLERS NONETHELESS. I WAS LOCKED UP WITH KILLERS. MY CRIME WAS A DWI. Murders are 100% in general population only way they wouldn’t be is death row max yards with controlled movement for the really violent offenders or your in the hole for some reason. But did you go to state prison for your DWI? main point was getting put in state for 5 days, un heard of at least back when i did time..I was in for 3 counts of possession of stolen firearms, aggravated assault, assault with deadly weapon, i know how it is...what did you do time for? in order to go to state prison, you need to be convicted of your crime or violation, you dont go to state if your in for 5 days...jail is just that jail, they put you with crimes of the like, sometimes over population you get mixed in with murders and what not, rarely though.... In prison sure you be in with everyone and be in minimum if your a good buy, medium, and max if your a bad boy! that how it works...at least in CA...so i can speak for every other state but from people ive talked to or know that did time other states , its sounds the same |

Your story is not really adding up unless charges were dropped you would still have to go to court and could face 3 months or longer. Posting bail does not mean the issue goes away. The purpose of bail is to let you out while awaiting trial because of how long it takes sometimes due to the system being backed up. If you got diversion after 5 days, you probably got the fastest diversion ever in history. Diversion is usually for mentally ill also or someone who volunteers to go to rehab for like a drug problem. You don't just get diversion just cause. Also someone who commits domestic violence does not get put in the same cell block as a serial killer, regardless of covid or not. They have different blocks for different levels of crimes. Your story is total bullshit and you know it. |

You would get laughed at in the uk for that story , in 1999 i spent 30 days in police cells waiting to go to court , the prison is fun compared to that 5 days over a long weekend with the heat turned up no washing nada , Prison was a breeze , i always get shipped to the max security and chemical Fridays were fun in the tin pail lol . i usually run the drug trade while inside within the first week , there was more drugs in the prison than on the streets sometimes it is how you go about life and who to lean on and i am real good at figuring how systems work , i get my cell cleaned and my food delivered and trays of extra food to my cell ,smoke my self stupid but the place is quiet when i am in no fighting so the screws/guards turn a blind eye . They cannot wait for me to leave as i am seen as a bad influence on my fellow cons and with al the good drugs i get prescribed by the docs life was a blast i introduced this [link to www.nhs.uk (secure)] Crushed up and smoked it gives a better high than coke /meth etc etc then there was spice lol The shapes of some people on a Saturday morning was fun . I have even had a half bottle of whisky while inside one time ikyn but i was stunned at what stunning model material women were working at that prison . Life inside the Uk prisons was totally different but since they banned smoking i no longer visit for my free government reading holidays i was last in on feb 2017 i did 6 weeks i admitted to many murders but they never took me serious lol I gave the judge the usual one finger salute as i got sentenced normally that gets me another 30 days but they do not want me in jail as i am a cunning twat that can play the system and enjoy prison life as it is easier than life outside for some |

Lost my job.... details unimportant. 3 days later I'm getting gas at a store at a time I would normally have been working 30 miles away. BEGIN STORY: Man pumping gas literally falls over. I hang up the fuel pump, I lean the man against the pump and he's semi responsive. I ask him his name, age, what year it is, who is the president. (Trying to rule out a stroke) I ask him to hold both hands up and touch his index fingers. He says his left shoulder is killing him. I drag him into the store, (him quasi standing with arms around me) ((Like a human backpack)) I grab a water and some bayer, full dose, 325mg. I tell him to look at me and listen. "Chew this pill and follow it with water, it's going to taste nasty but may save your life" Meanwhile I'm barking at the store workers to call 911, they start arguing "Do we call 9/11 or the 9/11 info line". I lose my shit and yell call fucking 9/11, tell them there is a man in their store who is likely having a heart attack. 3 minutes later, an ambulance arrives. I tell him the sitrep and he asks for my name and phone number. I get a call around 9pm that night. He tells me "the guy had a 95% blockage in my left anterior descending artery?" The cardiologist said "the civilian who treated him literally saved his life". He said "He's in there watching TV and should me in the morgue". SO now I'm conflicted, I lose my job but save a life because I lost the job. I need positive things to happen in my life right now.... Please pray, meditate, think about me.
