How a society treats their prisoners is the best indicator of their true nature and civility.

Our forefathers would shudder to read some of what I've read in this thread. The punishment is a loss of your freedom. Anything beyond that is cruel and unusual by definition.

I've often wondered what people like me can do about it but honestly I think the system is so corrupt it's a lost cause.

Ummm they used to tar feather hang and stockade their prisoners as well as keep them in dingy tb infested prisons. Who the fuck are you kidding. It’s like the Indians were all sweet pilgrim helping folk narratives. The founding fathers shot and hung people for horse thievery let alone child rape and murder.

my fast food order is a mcdouble and mcchicken(the mc gangbang) as I sometimes eat that as a work lunch. no flatulence and no noticeable side effect. add fries, add problems.

I also used to eat a lot of those cheap burritos until i got really sick once. maybe was some light food poisoning.

Re: I did time in prison... seriously... Here's a report from the inside.
Your thread brought back memories OP lol.

I spent three days in county lockup. The whole process was bullshit from start to finish.

During the check-in procedure, I was told that I had to get some kind of shot...forget what they said it was.

I refused.

They said I could refuse, but I would be put in solitary instead of general population. Like that was an incentive or something. I reiterated my refusing to consent and told them solitary was fine.

They threw in in GP anyway.

There were probably 20-25 mopes in there. Mostly hispanic and black.A few whites were scattered around but they were disorganized and looked like drunks and indigents. The blacks and hispanics were gang banger types.

After about 6 hours, some dude came over and told me the boss wanted to speak to me. There was a table in the middle of the room with three dudes and an empty chair. I was told to sit down.

One of them asked me what I was in for. I told them contempt of court. They said they already knew that but wanted specifics. I told them that I had refused to pay my ex wifes court ordered attorney fees and further, had told the judge to fuck off when she threatened me with incarceration. (that was actually a bit of an exaggeration..I had told the judge, I don't give a fuck what you do...I'm not paying that lying asshole a penny.

They were all satisfied that I was legit and we talked for awhile. They all told me their stories and said I wouldn't have any problems here.

Later, when the evening meal came, I refused to eat it. The rest of the crew split up my food and asked why I wasn't eating as that was the highlight of their day. I told them I refused to eat that shit, and that I routinely fasted anyway so it was no big thing. For the next three days, i divvied up my meals which was a big hit.

Bottom line, disrespecting the judge, telling a lawyer to fuck off and giving up my meals to the other inmates gave me an easy pass. When I got out, I told them if I could ever give them a hand to give me a call. One guy did and we actually met a few times after. I had a business and helped him out with a driving job for a few months until he moved south to reconnect with his wife and daughter.

Don't want to do the jail thing ever again, but overall it wasn't that big of a deal. The rest of the divorce, I got a little more respect from the court as I had made clear that I knew the lot of them were frauds. Funny thing is they knew it too

4 years he spent in Florence State Prison. Back then if you did not comply, you received electric shock treatments. My little brother was never the same. They basically killed him. He lived to be 65, a horrible life. No one cared, but my small family
He's with my Mom now and my other little brother who died of destruction of the central nervous system

I can't imagine having to wake up next to a woman who just called the police on you, for the rest of my life.

If a woman calls cops on you, move out immediately with whatever you can carry. It's better if you can get her to move out, but that's unlikely unless she goes to a shelter.
Call your lawyer and never, ever allow her to live with you again.

This is one of the few things that are totally unforgivable.
 Quoting: FeralOne

Yep. My exH did that to me...I didn't lay a finger on him, he called the cops and told them I hit him. This after HE threw a chair through the plate glass window. Cops arrested me. I bonded out, cleaned out the bank account and filed an emergency petition for divorce the next day. He begged me to forgive him, but I told him that calling the cops and making shit up and having me hauled away in cuffs was unforgivable.

I absolutely refused to do any type of plea bargain with the DA. He wanted to plea it down from assault to disorderly. I told him my H lied and I was not going to accept ANY mark on my record over that POS. I also told him I was going to defend myself and if he wanted to be embarassed by a pro-se defendant he should feel free to take it to trial. They dropped the charges.

My X wife called the cops on me and I spent 4 days in jail. She wondered why I divorced her in a heartbeat and didn’t want anything else to do with her. I also got all charges dropped, (should have never been charged in the first place) it just cost me about 50k and 3 lawyers later.

swallow your pride and don't even go back to the shared abode.. i know....

i'm just out after 8 months in WA's largest super-max.. it was a booking-transitional jail, so you could share with anyone as they got processed.. i preferred a single cell... but once they have you for depression/ anxiety, the psych will stitch you up against any pending charges... don't tell them shit is the go...

back to about the mrs thing? cut your losses and consider yourself fortunate - i went the same was and it was all about the money.. they were worse than thieves (but a truly large amount was on issue)....

it's taken me a month just to get a computer and phone access here, and still no funds....

only thing that got me early release and out of the clutches of the mental health system was my work history and cooberating stories from some of the better officers.

'tainted for life' is just a small component...

My wife started punching herself in the face and then the next morning called the cops. If she was trying to do something (and she probably was) to frame me; I outsmarted her. As soon as she started punching herself I started recording. Then, next day the cops came and I said that’s fine you called the cops and you are free to go but remember babe- it’s a crime to lie to the police. I said that right before they got here and then when they got here I immediately brought it up so she couldn’t have to time to lie and would be confronted immediately about it. As soon as she admitted that it was over for her as far as them being on her side lol.

I think people assume everybody in jail is guilty. No, absolutely not. We probably have as many innocent people in jail as countries with dictators, probably more seeing how ours are run for profit a lot of times.

A woman scorned puts tons of innocent men in prison- all they have to do is make some shit up. And they do and will I’ve heard countless stories.

My advice to men would be to get out of the situation and never ever physically fight back even to defend yourself- just leave. You’d even be better off not defending herself if she was literally trying to murder you cuz you are a man and nobody is gonna believe your ass

Geesh, I probably should not tell this story about a psycho ex, but here goes.

When I married Mr. LJS, he had a psycho ex he had divorced 3 years earlier.

She had some bizarre idea I would be a push over to intimidate. Came to our house, there was a small table between the two of us, we were standing. She started her psycho shit up.

I told her she has yet to even scratch the surface of crazy. She did her hateful laugh. At that time, I brought my knee upward into the bottom of the table and shattered the wood (actually, an easy trick for an experienced martial artist). Her eyes got big, she left, and has stayed on opposite sides of the room (on the rare occasions we are in the same room) since.

Sometimes, it is necessary to convince crazy that you are far more crazy than she thinks herself to be.

Oh, and I dug serious dirt on her slimy lawyer. Strategically released it into the community, and to other lawyers who hated the POS. He was soon disbarred, and his wife divorced him.

Also, took some additional covert(non violent) moves against her that I will not mention. Just suffice to say that she knows I did it, but can prove nothing.

Ever notice too how women are almost NEVER responsible for their own actions. It’s always due to some relationship they are in. In other words, she might be guilty but aw poor girl was in love and had a bad relationship. It’s always his fault. And she is the victim of some guy or relationship even when she committed some fucked up crime. He was the ringleader and abused her and she felt trapped, always. I remember on the news did a special about women locked up for pain pills.

It was like an hour of interviewing these women from the point of view if they are all poor babies, poor victims. The entire show was about feeling bad for them and they are somehow victims or just in need of rehab. And I was thinking, I wonder what a show with men would be like- they’d all just be monsters who deserve their asses beat and to be raped - guarantee you that’s how it would go cuz I’ve seen those shows too.!

Women got it pretty easy from a shitload of different angles but all they do is complain like it’s so so bad for them

BF Skinner learned from training dogs, if you want them to be kind and loving, it takes positive reinforcement.

You don't beat a dog and put them in poor conditions to scare them into obedience.

Also, non-violent offenders, especially drug addicts simply don't belong there.

Rockefeller devised this police state and private prison system for profit and misery.

Broken people use drugs habitually, no healthy person gets that way, they are suffering and self-medicating, trying to find that love and comfort they deep down desperately need.

https://imgur.com/qj9mnmX

Until we deal with Rockefeller, there is no hope for America. I mean that from someone who got out of the criminal justice system, it was too far gone and made me sick, almost no one wanted reform, people only wanted a paycheck and more authority.

Re: I did time in prison... seriously... Here's a report from the inside.
County Jail for 17 days.. trumped up charges.. stupid bail... and housed with killers the whole time...

So... what Really pissed me off was the shitty food scam...

I think jails have a weekly calorie minimum that they must feed you... and that is where the scam is... commissary came on Friday before the noon meal... and I noticed by the second Thursday I was there... I am hungry as hell!!!
Not only do they torture you by feeding you at like 6:30am, then 10:30am or 11, then the third meal is like 4;15pm... so then it’s almost 14 hours till you get a little bit for breakfast... it makes for a long night as you can imagine...
So I got curious about why I was so hungry after dinner on Thursdays, and asked a Trustee that worked in the kitchen how it was done... he said they were strictly watched as they put food on the trays... and they used different colors(sizes) of utensils every day for filling the trays. This is how they got you hungry the day before the gang leaders that had lots of people on the outside sending them money would get these huge amounts of food every week. The short timers and hard heads like me had to sit and be hungry and watch this shit every Friday. Of course you know the Sheriff was getting a cut...

Same with Meds and health care... Staff is rampant and the medicine is super expensive...

The prison/criminal justice system is systematically keeping humans in cages... allowing them to become infected with diseases... and keeping them really hungry when it really matters...,
All to make a profit and provide jobs for sick sadist who get off on the power trip....
It is all so appalling and blatant... just like the Stolen Election..,

They really are cooking up a Civil War... But they will win if it goes hot because everyone will be so busy trying to kill the other race, or political party... instead of going after the people and corporate entities that are in control of this shit show.... talk about a fucked up mess we are in....

Never talk to the police if you can possibly avoid it. If you have to talk to them, make up the best lie you can blaming someone else - your wife in this case. The answer is, she was out with some other guy and you have no idea how this happened to her. Something like that.

When you're alone, take her outside and tell her if she ever does that again, you'll kill her and no one will ever find her body.

I also walked out with the clothes on my back.

She tried to get child support but Tyrone happens to be NFL player.
