I took a rap for my wife... she got drunk, blacked out, and put her Taurus Curve against my temple. As I have studied Krav Maga extensively. And hold a 2nd degree Black Belt in Taekwondo.

I was able to disarm her with little fanfair.

Except her trigger finger was broken.

The next morning she called the popo. Completely making up a story based on bits and pieces of what she thought she remembered.

Her Trigger Finger was indeed broken. This meant I executed the gun removal properly.

I gave my side of the story to the popo and they said... "So we need to ALSO arrest your wife and make your children wards of the state. I said " What ever she said was the truth." I did this to protect my kids.

I eventually got out, got diversion, and am working on a expungement. Meaning it never happened.

But because of the number of inmates. I was send to a state prison while retained.

The food is beyond horrible.

You can have either a blanket or a pillow. Not both.
15 minutes at noon to walk around, 15 minutes at 6 pm to walk around.

I did have my own cell. And they did monitor my meds every few hours. (my bp went to 120/198.

After 5 days I posted bail and was let out.

Those 5 days/ 5 years ago have made my life a living hell. It wasn't a reality TV show, but I saw the show where ppl went to ":jail" as a form of "Survivor".

So I got the mindset that I didn't belong there.

THe one person who took me under his wing and helped me was ironically a serial killer.

He went by the name Dino, and he basically told me that his life was ruined and He'd die before he saw me get hurt.

So I had that,,, I still wonder how he's doing and how he made out? I sent him letters and dry goods but never heard back.

I guess the St. Louis Jail Riot sorta brought this out in me.

Just know the system will eat you alive, regardless of how innocent you are. If you are a man and your wife says "Let me out" in the middle of the Ghetto. Let the bitch walk home. Seriously.

You have a cell phone with video capabilities. Film her getting out and film yourself driving home.

You'd rather piss off your wife than piss off the local police.

3 years as a Correctional Officer in a state prison. I ran the culinary for a year and some change day shift then night shift. I ate state food everyday five days a week. The food is basically the same shit you get in school with a few exceptions fresh baked bread from the minimum security camp and some of the stuff made from scratch is decent if you have good innate cooks. If your take away from prison was the food well your lucky you didn’t have to do actual time bro.

Dude said he went there for 5 days because county jail was overcrowded lmao. He also was housed with a serial killer who “had his back” (ahem-side) and it was just the worst 5 days ever that ever happened to anyone ever. Then he got bailed out.

None of it is true but he apparently did some serious hard time and he’s got some war stories over it.

 Quoting: Lady Jayne Smith

im probably not a normal case. but no flatulence no noticeable bloating. feeling fine.

my fast food order is a mcdouble and mcchicken(the mc gangbang) as I sometimes eat that as a work lunch. no flatulence and no noticeable side effect. add fries, add problems.

I also used to eat a lot of those cheap burritos until i got really sick once. maybe was some light food poisoning.

I worked corrections for 20 years. as an officer in the beginning and then supervising ppl on bond. DV cases are thrown out 80% of the time. mainly because she either lied or decided not to go forward with it. the state can still go forward but usually on the first shot they don't.
you rally should get away from her if you haven't already. its gonna happen again. it is hanging over you right now.
good luck.

I can't imagine having to wake up next to a woman who just called the police on you, for the rest of my life.

I hope she sucks a good dick because of not, your life sucks
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 69720323

If a woman calls cops on you, move out immediately with whatever you can carry. It's better if you can get her to move out, but that's unlikely unless she goes to a shelter.
Call your lawyer and never, ever allow her to live with you again.

This is one of the few things that are totally unforgivable.

Jail is worse than prison from people who have been in both. Watch their you tube videos. Many will do whatever they can to get into prison to wait out sentencing. There is more room and freedom there. The food is a bit better.

As I have experienced thanks to my sister making up BS that never happened and having me locked up I have been trying to warn every guy I know for the last 10 years about just how much insane power women now hold over men in our modern society. It's completely uneven, men don't even come close to holding as much power as women on average...our only luck is that most women are too dumb to realize this, even though it's been the case for decades.

Seriously, when the system gets reset we need to make sure this situation is resolved and parity is returned between the genders. As things stand women are pissed off because men aren't real men anymore and men aren't real men anymore because we gave women the vote and society went wacko after that.
You best start believing in conspiracy theories, you're living in one!

oh i forgot, thats 9 weeks in a maximum security, 2nd circuit.

PLUS the 4 weeks i spent in medical/seg before that wearing a gymnastics mat velcroed to my naked body....

seg is way worse, if they think you are crazy they will make you spend a month in there before you even get to your tier.

edit- i also saw six men die in my cell block at that particular facility. mostly fights and stabbings.

i was in the same room as the newtown killers who did the s a n d y h o o k murders during a court run one time.

my celly was this old dude, a diamond thief and burgular... he was pretty chill to me, never had a problem.

Re: I did time in prison... seriously... Here's a report from the inside.
This is why I avoid police at all cost.

Nothing good comes from calling the police into your home.
 Quoting: Zedakah

Exactly. Me and the hubby have gotten into our fair share of brawls while drunk. Some I initiated, some he initiated. I've called the police a few times. We've forgiven each other, cut way down on drinking, but now we're stuck with a 4000 dollar lawyer bill. If we had handled it ourselves we would've been better off by far.
It is no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society.

I'll pray for your healing.

Go back to your wife. Your children don't deserve to be left alone with a mother who drinks till she forgets.

THank You!

But I found out recently that my Wife is having an affair with a American Football Player. {Not Soccer}

We were married for 23 years and the past 3 years she was having the affair.

She said she put the gun to my head because I was too nice a guy. ??>????

Re: I did time in prison... seriously... Here's a report from the inside.

The lights are NEVER turned off. Try to Sleep?

In my late teens to mid-20s, I was in the county jail so much, the guards would pick on me and say I was doing life on the installment plan lol

You definitely live and learn doing time...

 Quoting: Fortunabeargirl

So Please tell us about the time you did?
 Quoting: First Born Son

What would you like to know? It sucked.

But suicide is for pussies. Especially when you already know that is what you would do and you're only speculating!

No wonder your wife was so ballsy with you! Your taekwondo doesnt mean shit bc that is exterior skills. Its the interior skills you lack.

Lol, you should try jail in the 3rd world. I was only being deported too. No pillow or blanket, a concrete plinth to sleep on. 5 other guys in the same cell, a pipe in the wall to drink from and a hole in the floor to shit in.

 Quoting: First Born Son

Why? Is it still impacting your life as in PTSD, or that those specific 5 days in particular were a living hell? Bc ypu mentioned having protection but then used the term "your life" as in the time after you got out. Im confused, but interested.

I spent a little less than 2 weeks in a maximum security prison while waiting to be extradited back to my home state. It sucked. Esp the lights on 24/7.

I have mixed feelings about the prison system.
 Quoting: Fortunabeargirl

Lights on 24/7 is cruel and unacceptable punishment.

Lights can be set to low red to avoid damaging diurnal rhythms. Treating people badly in prison will result in their treating citizens badly when they get out.
 Quoting: FeralOne

Red lightS cost money.*YOU* don't get to designate "cruel and unusual". Roberts, Kagan, Sotomayor, other scrotal abcesses do...They make money by selling HFCS, ROUNDUP, OTHER GMOS and MSG to inmates who get pasta, rice and taters with "somethin' in it for seasoning.....oh...sprites and cokes too diet coke too...yum yum......that nasty hair burning-off shit for those who "bump up". Good luck getting something to wipe your ass on....just get in the shower if available every time you take a Biden....
