Yea I know it is. The issue is small town folk like these are the type to really believe shtf already. They just see it as a small time that regular life will go on so there really is a serious panic going on with the majority of the people. Its partially thier lifestyle and fundamentalish upbringing. Probably will turn out these guys were right to take things so extreme considering the information anarchy blanketing everything.
