The oft quoted 8" per mile squared only applies when observing from zero feet. You often look at the world with your head on the ground? Very telling that you immediately resort to insults rather than answering simple questions. Anyone want to bet he still doesn't get it? Observer height matters, but anyone standing on the beach seeing something 90 miles away, it hardly matters.
