It’s flat, whether or not it’s a 3D projection onto a hyperbolic plane with set boundaries.

A pond or a table are flat and they are both 3D. Ok here's the definition of flat. smooth and even; without marked lumps or indentations. Have you seen a hill? A mountain? The point is that the general shape of earths surface is flat. That doesn’t mean that there aren’t variations like mountains and valleys. That’s why some flat earthers call earths surface an irregular plane.
