are these new Comcast Xfinity modems with 5ghz beamforming safe? | |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 79008265 United States 01/30/2021 01:52 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | It's possible, but I don't know for sure. They say routers emit much less power than say, 5G towers. But how much power do they really need? Who knows. My router has a button turn wifi on and off, and I keep it off except for rare occasions when I need it. |

It should just make your WiFi access work better. roguetechie |

We aren't cut out to be socialists. We are the people who couldn't be constrained by Europe. We are the malcontents, idealists, speculators, dreamers, inventors, debtors and criminals who would not be chained. We don't play well with others, we are brash, outlandish and cunning. let us do what we do best; let us be Americans. |

User ID: 75321874 United States 01/30/2021 02:04 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | These routers are extremely low powered RF transmitters, ie, they do t have enough power to cause any kind of tissue damage. A microwave oven typically operates at 1000-1500 watts to cook food, these routers are rated in the low milliwatts range, I wouldn’t worry about it. Also take into account the inverse square law, look it up, the farther you are from the transmitter the power emitted is exponentially lower than at the source. Out from the belly of a whale came a prophet, Amen! |

That's not even 5G like cell phones use. FFS. This signal is 5-5.6 ghz, and can't even make it past your skin, just like 5G cell. I know the reason everyone panics over radio, it's because they just don't understand it. PERIOD. Consider this, the bandwidth 5G cell is on, WAS used by the military, for YEARS. Did you see anyones face melt off in all that time? NOPE. You are literally panicking over nothing. Yes tards, bring up the bogus studies etc... microwave this radiation that. FFS. You just don't get it. Learn something. I believe in science NOT religion. Giving me bad karma for that, is anti-religious (you're passing judgement) I am just a man. Of no significance. Who found religion to be full of lies, and wrong doing, conflicted teachings I understand microwave communications. I do not stand for the NWO, it sucks. |

You just don't get it. Learn something. Hah come on man, you can test this yourself with the old wifi boxes. You can run a signal visualizer and see like the furniture in your house. You can easily see the outline of your body, but you can also see thru it, kinda looks like a ghost. All frequencies can penetrate the skin, there just has to be the right conditions for it. The lower the frequency the naturally more penetrating, and the ghz band is still relatively low (compared to UV or colors) There is reason to panic. Your skin is your biggest organ you know. I doubt anyone would think sticking themselves in a microwave oven would be a good idea, beamforming is LITERALLY the same concept Learn somethin my guy. We’re not all perfect. Assumptions (and usually agreeing with the feds) is not always a good way to go. Mil has a plethora of their own health issues to, so I wouldn’t use that in any argument for safety lol |
