Questions about being under martial law and our current situation....

So, I admit I am seeing some very odd and strange things happen these days. I don't know what to believe either we are under military control or we are not. I had been thinking Bide is fake. Executive Actions and not orders and such...fake backgrounds and so forth as well. However, if this is the case why did Biden fly on Marine 1 today. It's got me puzzled. If not the real Prez why was he allowed to fly on it? Please explain to someone in the know or whoever might have a good theory. It's just making me lose hope.
