He can't do that. That law was legally removed by Congress and can't be "undone" by an EO.

That will go to court if he tries.

Obamacare operated regularly every year under Trump. It was still signing people up every Nov and still insuring people (and still is) just like it always did. Even the subsidies are still there.

Trump said he made it better, and he did. He signed the bill that got rid of the individual mandate and the excess taxes on medical equipment.

Biden is trying to take credit for something THAT WAS ALREADY DONE UNDER TRUMP.

Executive orders, never intended as "legislation," are always prone to rescinded by next POTUS. Meaning that if a Republican gets into the White House in 2024, we start all over again.

A new president can review and remove previous president's executive orders.
There does have to be a purpose for each executive order the new president uses.
