Find an umbrella school, enroll him through it, and homeschool your kid for real outside of the indoctrination system.

That's what were working on now, but my son is a gifted student.

Build a time machine. Go back and tell everyone open borders is bad. On a more serious note I doubt there's much you can do.

Another idea is to have someone bring up the issue to the proper school officials on your behalf who has no connection to the school at all. It keeps you and your child out of it.

You're having a rough day. First a grandmother that listens to the TV over her grandson who actually loves her and wants the best for her. Now a son that tries to listen to his teacher to learn and can't because she speaks broken english.

I would call or go in to the school and tell them point blank. Maybe if some of the other parents can give you their testimony that their children are having the same issue it wouldn't be so daunting. But I wouldn't be worried about offending anyone because if you explain yourself as you did here there is nothing offensive about it. You care about your child's education and you care about the children of your community's education and that is in jeopardy. That is pure fact. No racism, no hatred. Just present the problem and ask for demand a solution.

Fairly certain fluent English should be required for any position teaching math to English-speaking students. It sounds like she isn't speaking fluent English.

The learning Spanish comment wasnt said the best but unless he and ergo you are moving anytime soon, it'd be beneficial for your son to learn the basics of el spanito. And ya never know, it could even save his life if he hear's people talking about him on the street thinking he cant understand them.

There are online and charter schools for gifted kids with AP courses.
Some are free in your state, others by tuition.

Math is a terrible subject to lose.
I lost a year of math because my HS algebra teacher was a drunk.
That affected my pathway in life. .
