Here is the problem. The defunct U.S. corporation and their officers ie congress cannot impeach anyone since they have no power. Trump is not President of the Corporation and neither is Biden since you cannot be a president or official of an entity that no longer exists. Trump can be president of United States of America. Now who is going to rule on this? Scotus is of the corporation so they have no power either. Interesting predicament.
