SLV is managed by Blackrock - iShares Silver Trust which actual holds physical silver - one of the few EFT's to do so.

they do have a buy back program, you would call and then ship to them, a price would be locked for x amount of days for shipping and shipping overnight would be the safest way to keep that locked price

It is BACKED BY PHYSICAL - whether the "papered" silver lenders actually POSSESS said silver is another issue. The whole idea behind the short squeeze is to FORCE the papered silver lenders to cover PHYSICAL delivery thereby significantly driving up the (manipulated) price as they scramble to acquire the necessary silver to settle their paper contracts.

In this case the "people" have discovered how to buy themselves largesse from the shadow government enablers where our so-called elected representatives have hidden the privatized gains (vs. the socialized losses) "stolen" from the public.
