Not for the risk of fakes so much but because I'm not sure how easily I can sell them. I know the govt coins are accepted pretty much anywhere you can buy them, though. So I stick with buying US, SA, CA gold and silver coins. And I guess the US coins are legal tender, too. I skip all commemorative type coins as well. Yes, I pay a higher premium, but feel it is worth it. Coins in small values are better than bars if you thinking about using it as a payment in case S should HTF. In such a scenario it is best to have is Silver coins (for buying daily things)....but a scenario when this happens we probably do not want to see...because that would be "Mad Max"  they day you think you need to buy stuff with your silver is the day you need to make bullets out of your silver. |

Will see how it goes. Will start placing stops-in-profit soon. yea i bought in a while back at .48, dumped it all this morning at $1.16, it's back down now at .73, if it goes any lower i think i will buy back in?
