I am thankful for the proclamation lifting the transgenger ban in the military.

The waters are muddied further by the fact that EO's can sometimes take 30 days to go into effect. I have seen ones made by Trump state that near the end.

Also, a President can specify their own time period, while at other times an EO goes into effect immediately

The EO showed in this thread above does not specify any time period, so I'm not sure what that means....does not time period = by default it takes 30 days to take effect ?

Someone would have to comb through all 17 (?) orders he's made to determine which are mere proclamations and which are EO's

Then with the EO's, determine what one - if any - specifiy a time period before they take effect. And where no time period is specified, research if this means a default 30 day time period is applied.

I would do it myself but don't have the time.
