Earthing Mat -- Review After 1 Month
My brother who is into some woo-woo stuff, gave me an earthing mat for Christmas. It's simply a rubber mat about 16 inches side buy about 30 inches (estimated). It has a ground plug -- that plugs into the third (ground) outlet. You should get a simple electric outlet tester to make sure your ground is actually "grounded", I had heard and watched a video on this a few years ago, but never gave it a second thought.

Anyhow, after a month of using this in bed, I have to say it works. I put the mat at the bottom of my bed, so my calfs or feet (any part of body will work as long as part of body is touching the mat, then you are "grounded"). I am very active and play about 2-3 hours of tennis or Pickleball (high level) each day, and since I'm now 60, I ache a lot. I have to say that the pain subsides and each morning waking up, I am not limping and gimping around until I work the kinks out. I do feel a bit more of a calmness, and general warmth, not in a heat that makes you sweat, but just a feeling of well-being.

Anyone else here try "grounding" and if so, what are your experiences. There are a lot of vids out there on this, but here is the "father" of grounding. The study on premie babies and how their electrical systems connect with the earths natural rhythm's is amazing.
