Dominion is very aware of discovery. That's why in the case of their lawsuit against Sidney Powell, Dominion has refused an out of court settlement and they have requested a jury trial with all evidence been heard in public.

Dominion has also requested a jury trial in their $1.3 billion defamation lawsuit against Rudy Giuliani.
