That's why we have to stick firm to the simple concept that there are ONLY 2 SEXES, which is the SAME as Gender. Gender is just a Victorian type word that was used because our grandparents, whatever, didn't want to put "sex" on the forms.

If we insist on telling these people there are only 2 sexes and they HAVE to stick with the one they were born with...or PRETEND they are other sex but without our cooperation, then that will go a long way towards clearing up confusion.

Of course, I recognize the need for extensive mental health services for these people but it starts with HONESTY. Our honesty about only 2 SEXES and our honesty about what they're going through, much of it the actual result of SEXUAL ABUSE AND PEDOPHILIA. That's where it starts with many of these kids. IT MUST BE ADDRESSED OPENLY AS THE ROOT OF MUCH OF THIS PROBLEM.
