It’s true about election votes not being paid out. Son has been complaining since November. I can’t confirm site he used to place his bets, but he said it will be paid out mid March.
As for the other stuff I have no idea what is happening.

You can have a situation in like boxing/mma where someone wins and then a few days later the win is overturned because of some failed drug test or other reason. If that happens no one gets their winnings taken away or gets their lost $ back.
If there was anything holding up Biden bets, the inaugeration would seem to make it official if nothing before it did.
Again, even if later on they say, "oh no, because alien time travelers", the biden bet should still pay. That's how this shit works unless stated otherwise. And again, you don't have a site on which this is happening so it's extremely likely hearsay horseshit.

why would US INC be formed.. INC is corporation.

all the states need undone too at some point.. unless dissolved US INC does that automatically.
