anyone have details on PROJECT VCTR/ AKA PROJECT VECTOR. ARBOVIRUS

I need glp's help here. the WHO has a whole section about controlling vectors and how to control the spread of disease. one would think mosquitoes, but it's a very broad description, and humans are definitely vectors. anyone hear about project vctr, project vector? it's tracking software to stop misinformation about the vaccine. bill gates and his grand challenges global health. freaky stuff, this coronavirus really seems to be possibly mimicking arbovirus, potentially genetically combined, idk. too many dots to connect but I'm seeing a connection, I just want to prove the link. what if it's not a coronavirus and it's an arbovirus? it would make alot of sense on why they don't want hydroxichloriquine and ivermectin being used. thanks :)
