There is no reason to assume the Phoenicians "invented" it. Why is "centralized government" such a thing with you Americans BTW? Centralized government comes naturally with urbanization. The first centralized governments were city-states. They were kingdoms. that was all Phoencian...Indus is one place among many settled and developed before the Pyramids were even built. What makes you even THINK the Indus valley civilization was Phoenician? This is getting ridiculous. You sound like a typical Flat Earther. He's a liar. The merchant mind considers everything for sale, and thus everything belongs to it. The Phoenicians were merchants, and sacrificed their own children.
