There is nothing big "about to happen". There is nothing going to happen, ever. Except maybe people who are excited to embarrass themselves to the rest of the world with internet access just how mentally retarded they look by doing this shit. I get it, you have no life and want to live-action-roleplay all these little doom scenarios and make up fantasies about how your uncle or uncle's friend is in some branch of the military and they have orders from the highest command to be ready for some vague event that might happen on some week of the year. It's cute really, and you have done the world a giant disservice, because if someone on here actually had pertinent info on a world-changing event, they would not be taken seriously, at all.  |

Oh and another ice age will come sooner, or later, but I guess if you live below 40N, or above 40S it won't be that bad for you (well apart from having to deal with refugees from the North... ;) there are plenty of real dooms, but hardly any of them (well apart from the potential micronova and/or sudden-onset ice age scenario) will be spectacular. |
