Action begins at 1:20. If you look closely on the right of the building there seems be be people coming in weapons drawn.

Notable at 2:25 there seems to be an extraction. Kind of even looks like children, but maybe not. You only see it for a few seconds then the camera zoom out.

They all get escorted to the SUVs/vans and at around 4:00 they all drive away with sirens on.

And finally, after looking at the scene the whole time without moving much, the people on the bridge contraption start leaving the scene as well.

There's most definitely something happening here.

Must be due to the filing of the bankruptcy of the US Corporation and the electric company cut-off the power after a 4 day grace period. They'll turn the power back on after the Republic is restored and 1st payment made in gold.
