As far as the NG troops . . . I really am not sure what I'm looking at. Soldiers are trained to salute the markings on official vehicles. It could be that when the video was shot, they had already saluted. I don't know who shot the video or where he was. For that matter, we don't even know if this was shot during the actual Inauguration.

The other things to consider is that National Guard . . . God Bless them . . . are relatively untrained. The word sometimes doesn't get passed down and they don't always know what they're supposed to be doing. It looks to me like some had the mission of facing the street in some kind of half-assed security posture and others were just standing around.

The act of insurrection occurred ( in it's fullness ) on election night, when American citizens engaged with foreign powers to pervert the election process and as a result prevent a duly elect President from his inauguration.

I agree Trump had by far the most legitimate votes and won the election. And he has done alot to expose the corruption, but in the end everyone in his inner circle, except his family, betrayed him, republicans, Supreme Court, all the federal judges he kept touting about, military leaders even his own vice.
