You would be surprised. Unpleasantly. First order of business for all the commies is to establish loyalty to the state party supreme leader.

Here's what to look for in your area.

1) Groups begin to arm themselves to the point where local authorities declare they are no longer able to control them. The NG can't control them either and there aren't enough active duty to go around.

2) Groups begin to erect fences and fortifications. You'll see armed men in certain buildings or on certain street corners.

4) When it does begin, expect Raids by various groups on each other. Expect neighbors to settle old scores. Expect to see masses of refugees.
