China was playing games in Taiwan air space instead of already attacking. Why would that be? Because their inside man has informed them he is locked out of DoD and not in control of the troops. So given that this is such an unprecedented situation, they test the waters seeing what the response would be. Seems like that call is being answered as mentioned with the reuters article.
