How is the body doing? Y'all ok? | |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 79311063 United States 01/24/2021 10:45 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Well, I've got some small pain in my elbow and forearm. Probably a bit of tennis elbow from overuse. I learned a strange trick from a glp'r that works fast. Chew celery seeds, about 1/8th teaspoon and drink a big glass of water, usually once a day for two days is all I need, a little lemon in my water before bed helps too. Works great for gout too. |

It's not easy, but once you go a good while without added sugars, it does get easier. The palette changes and the cravings subside. You be your own chef. Once you start growing some edibles, and preparing seasonal whole foods. Each season of eating prepares your body for the next season. I love cooking my own ways, it's fun to not go by any recipes, and also less expensive to incorporate what you already have on hand..also infusing your own water. I like fresh lime or lemon, fresh mint or cucumbers with fresh ginger. I usually prepare 2 bottles a day and drink mid morning and before bed. |

If you do this, Angels, don't plan on going anywhere for a spell, okay?....the toilet will become your friend. It is however a very fast, very good way to clean out your bowels, this always the first step in a full body cleanse. And when I take magnesium, I don't experience the angina or any minor chest pain (heart attack, almost two years ago), it's a good aide for an excellent nights sleep, and it is good for staying regular, too. I take two forms of mag, it's just that health improving. You never change things by fighting the existing reality. Blood pressure down, clotting issues going away. I’m pretty in tune with my body and look for natural solutions vs lay down be healed mentality of doctors and pharm industry. It’s about understanding your body’s balance. Restoring balance after experiencing extremes that disrupt our balance. Thanks for asking, rarely anyone truly cares.
