Why were inauguration videos with 4 million views dated 19th January in Ukraine ???

Is there any logical reason you can think of as this is freaking weird

They had the footage uploaded on YT in the Ukraine on the 19th. The Ukraine is 7 hrs ahead of Washington D.C.

Note that the news network is PBSO NEWS HOUR when you see the Ukraine vid

I searched for the vid on Y.Tube by typing the title out. I am in the UK

Note on THIS one it is dated 20th and only has 814,625 views.

What's going on ?

PS) I double checked her outfit on the day and this was definitely from last week's show, NOT the VP Inauguration
