Not sure but it seems "our boy" may have been up most of the night drinkin. It's 9:30 am here in the pacific NW and 6:30 PM for him and he's slumped over on the couch. I saw him about 4 hrs earlier and he was doin a little wobblin around then.

I think he usually keeps his drinkin day to Fridays but I think he had some friends around the past few days and that drinkin day may have stretched a little farther than Friday. But that's okay as long as he gets back to his dieting.

My drink day is Friday while I've been on a 16/8 intermittent
fasting program since 1/17/21. I've lost a little over 50lbs in 5 months and that's with havein Friday as a drinkin day and eat whatever I want on Saturday. Hope he sticks to his regiment as one or two off days does not ruin the whole program.
