That woman was not raised properly. She made terrible choices. The father of the child is a bum she should have avoided. She had every opportunity to do well but chose to not do well.
That woman is very lucky to have American Privilege. Her and that child live better than 90% of the world even after she fails to do right by herself.
Even now if she starts to make good choices she will do well. The only way to fail in America is to fail yourself.
