Quoting: Happy in Nature Chicago, Detroit, Camden, etc, etc., are already Mad Max. Throwing more money at them doesn't help. I have a better idea! Leave them on the assistance. The looters are trying to get the middle class and the poor class mad at each other so they can get us to kill each other while they run away with the loot.They have been killing us (and each other in the inner cities) for several generations. Throw money at them or not, it does not matter. They will still do what they have always done.
