Yes there is a driveway and a parking area behind the Oval Office. Only makes since.

Also it appears the Oval office is somewhat redecorated seasonally and just not every four years. This includes switching out carpets regularly, curtains, furniture and accessories. The theme and color scheme is fairly consistent though. A few things do not change like the desk and outdated office phones. Supposedly there is an escape hatch under the presidents desk. So, this makes since.
