It really is not the job of courts to look at election fraud.

It was the job of the state legislatures.

The Senate Judiciary Committee of Georgia did investigate Georgia's election and they said it was fraudulent.

But..they did not convene their legislature and resolve to throw out their slate of electors, which was their job according to the US constitution.

The Arizona Judiciary Committee wants to review their state's voting machines. But they also did not throw out their electors.

Wake up about this topic.

1. Legislatures in 4 states (Wisc. Mich. Pa. Ga.) all sat there and failed to do their duty by allowing liberals to push unlimited Mail in Ballots, Ballot Harvesting, and relaxed dates and rules for counting Mail in Ballots, including no signature checks.

Those legislatures were all republican.

2. After seeing the lack of integrity in the ballot counting in their states, those legislatures too no action.

3. After Rudi Giuliani went state to state and showed them evidence of the fraud, three states had republican legislatures who wrote letters to Mike Pence asking for more time, BUT THEY DID NOT CONVENE THEIR LEGISLATURE AND VOTE TO REMOVE ELECTORS, as the Constitution gives them the right to do.


Very convenient to make it look like Pence was the bad guy...when they did nothing but talk.


This is not about courts, or Pence. This entire debacle is on gutless republican state leaders who allowed this fraud to happen.

So, who's job is it to oversee and judge the various state legislatures that failed to act according to those states own constitutions?

What kind of fraud are we talking? Random people acting on their own or an organized conspiracy by members of the Democratic Party?

There may be evidence of improperly recorded votes, ballots thrown out etc., but is there evidence in each case as to who is responsible and if they were following orders, is there evidence of that?

In order to overturn the election, you would need to prove 1) each case of suspected fraud and 2) have proof to link each case to an organized Democratic Party conspiracy.

Pretty sure there is enough fraud...foreign interference...ballot harvesting...Machine manipulation...the list goes on.

There may well be enough fraud but the legal question is, is there enough provable evidence? Plus, is there enough provable evidence of organized conspiracy to commit fraud?

A mountain of unconnected irregularities and fraud would show that the whole system is vulnerable and at issue, requiring an overhaul. It may bring into question what the actual vote counts would have been, maybe even requiring a revote but it wouldn’t automatically give the win to Trump.

There's no way out now. Somehow, they have managed to corrupt everyone in the top levels of the Judicial branch. I would have never believed it had I not seen it with my own eyes. It was an enlightening moment for me. I still don't know how they could have gotten away with such fraud on this scale. They did. Amazing.
