User ID: 79662918 United States 01/23/2021 08:53 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Keystone pipeline = Nature more important than poor people Quoting: BRIEF Mileage tax = Nature more important than poor people Do you see a pattern emerging? The oil from the Keystone pipeline will still get to the US. it will be brought in by trucks and rail instead of the pipeline. Seems Biden did it to help his pals in the rail industry more than the enviroment. That also makes it more expensive than the pipeline, and therefore FUCK the poor, once again... User ID: 79662918 United States 01/23/2021 08:57 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Keep the poor poor tax. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 79842834 More red tape. This is already a massive nightmare for commercial drivers. Since America in energy independent, the sale of oil should take care of all taxes on energy...that alone would boost the economy better than throwing around cash for the poor to buy lottery tickets with... This shit from the cabal is only the beginning. It's going to be a full on assault against us. Will that wake you libs up? Will you then admit that Trump was awesome? When our society collapses because of lib policy, only then will you admit that we had it good here under the leadership of 45. Sad... Embrace your creative side before you die. |

Quoting: Emergency Patriot Hologram It failed because it is political suicide to vote for such a law. Why should they care? The president and congress are full of illegally elected officials. If your wont vote for them, no worries, they have millions of dead people, illegals, and mentally incompetent people who will. No amount of proof or legal tactics will change it either. Anonymous Coward User ID: 4723723 United States 01/23/2021 09:03 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | How about a tax on how many steps you take per day? Quoting: Anonymous Coward 79656632 Or a tax on how much oxygen you breathe throughout the day? It costs money to process poop. Fat people poop more than skinny people, but fat people pay the same amount of money to process poop at a waste treatment plant. That’s not fair. I propose a tax on the amount of poop that comes from your house into the waste treatment facility. (Say hello to a return of outhouses as people figure out ways to not get taxed) |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 79963007 Canada 01/23/2021 09:05 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Soon people will be able to make their own oversized drones that they can use to carry themselves. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 46108084 The technology is there, and the capability to do that is very close. Wheeled personal vehicles' time is almost up. The bolded part is true. The rest isn't. Although the tech is there to build man sized drones, the government wouldn't allow that kind of freedom. The Government WILL however be banning personally owned travel vehicles in the near future. Carbon footprint and all that you know. Same with personal private housing. Sorry - you must live in an apartment building complex. |

They already tax fuel so this is actually a double taxation What they are doing is bringing in the "stay close to home" deal.
