In one "fork" of the "machine" if you will I have ID'd "curiosity" as a target. I called it "natural inquisitiveness" at the time. But as a core foundation of any critical thing I can see why it would be a target. We could go on and on detailing the various tactics and means used to attack it but just realizing "curiosity" is a target and seeing the effects of diminishing it is big. Of course it's only part of a complex warfare that we have been on the receiving end of for decades. Also all of this has been "tuned" on populations prior to being deployed here. And has gone through much change and advancement in recent times.
