For one thing, the sociopolitical left has increasingly dumbed down rules, standards, principles and traditions in every which way possible, so something like a time proscribed in the US Constitution is so much a frill and nuisance to them.

For another thing, although I like to think the inauguration was pure bullshit from a legal-technical standpoint and really occurred earlier than what TV broadcasts indicated, I still need hard-core validation of that.

Somebody made the argument trump was president when he left. But he wouldn’t have been the president on the flight. How long is the flight because by the time he flew in and landed he would no longer be president. Also, how many Air Force 1’s (I know it’s just a call sign) do we have. What if Biden needed to use it. I think there is only one main one they have and use. They could have secret ones (or use any plane but not really) the amount of tech and investment they have put into the actual plane is ridiculous (forget the call sign- talking about the main plane they use). I don’t think there is a fleet of them with the tech he needs to conduct business- there is really only one they use from my understanding

You could probably actually track what is probably Air Force 1 that day from those flight sites those guys on YouTube use and determine the exact moment of the handover. Was he in the air during the handover of power, in Florida, was he already landed. And if he landed why would they send that plane if it’s the only one capable of running the country if Biden would potentially need to use it
