At 3:10:31, I suddenly see the Chinese guy, easily recognizable with his 2 facemasks, one black and one white. I was unable to see him earlier.

At about 3:10:31, suddenly the Chinese guy is standing there. Before that, at roughly the same spot, there was another guy, very different hairline. Besides, it was not the Chinese guy who opened the cardoor for Biden.

It is not the Chinese guy who opens the car door. Look again. But he is there later, and we don't see him arriving. There is something edited out, or it's just a change of camera view with an empty couple of seconds or so.

Here's what I was taught so I remember the difference:
Capitol (the building) has a DOME on the ROOF so the word is spelled with an "O" instead of an "a".

I ran it by my brother, who doesn't live in my "world" if you know what I mean. I noted all the discrepancies, told him the theory and this was his reply....take it as you will. Sometimes it is good to have the eyes of someone who does not involve themselves with "conspiracy theories". It is so easy to jump on everything and I'm trying hard to be discerning amidst all this unfolding drama.........

Haha nothing wrong here, multiple camera angles which switch at a press of a button, so no splicing of clips and no audio overlay, same as any daytime TV show.
The girls in pink and white are not next to his wife, that's a trick of the camera angle, they're set back some way, a couple of meters I would guess, more than enough to take them out of shot when angle changes.
The white and empty background in one shot was just a different angle showing the stage structure off to one side which is clearly shown if you watch a bit before and after the time frames you said

Could the military simply gather the necessary forces at short notice and basically descend on DC en masse at some appointed time ?

People are going to see the departure of these guards as a sign "nothing is really going to happen after all"....when the opposite could be true.
