The honor guard is a special duty..I did it once for some event.. but I cannot remember if there are different rules..and why would Biden' handlers speak to him by earpiece to salute them. |

The marines did not salute him neither and marines are to salute first anyway. Now this location could of been considered indoors and marines indoors without a cover do not salute..they just stand at attention till the officer passes..but these honor guards had covers on. Are there any other vets out there that know this honor guard protocol? I also noticed several videos posted with this same type title on YouTube are being taken down. I will watch over the next days to see if this continues..if it does it could mean at least Washington DC in under some sort of secret military rule..marshall law?
