Thoughts and consciousness are energies, just like everything else. To be more specific, they are multi-dimensional energies, meaning they could reach out to infinity in all directions without human concepts of time and space, hence total instant connectivity that some call being oneness.

The higher our consciousness, the faster our thoughts are co-manifested. In our current state of consciousness, manifestations are very slow, sometimes taking months or years. Naturally people would have forgotten those thoughts after such a lengthy time and would conclude this concept is false and the believers delusional.

Those who are more aware would call these manifestations synchronicities occurring at just the right time when they are needed, the less aware would call them coincidences, luck, or miracles.
