We've all been frustrated and kinda pissed off....or completely and fully pissed off. The thing is we can't stay in those emotions....because then comes that barrier, and that's when we shut down. Not healthy.

I was just talking to someone about this yesterday. I brought myself more into focus through that conversation.

Look, we here were STUNNED the day after the election, and then there has been everything that has followed since. This with the COVID mess. It's been a lot to have to swallow. We can't hold our breath forever.

But it's time now to find a way to be happy again....just for our health and well being.

I'm very glad for you that this thread has had you to blossom. I'm sure you needed to feel that warmth....
