A lot of near death experiencers report what it is dubbed a 'life review'. During this review, they will get to see every action and thought they had. They will also experience for them selves the emotional responses of those that the actions effected, whether that be good or bad. The review is not conducted from the experiencers own memories but from the records of heaven its self (these experiences seem to be mostly.viewed from 3rd person perspective)
