It has a fast acting outer shell with a time release inside that. Makes a world of difference. Try it. Also, I take 500mg magnesium as it helps smooth your muscles to relax. |

Before bed put two towels on the floor with a folded sheet on top of them. Get a few blankets. Lay down around 9 with a mask on. Set the alarm for 4 am. Get up and eat breakfast around 7. After breakfast make some coffee and crack a window open to put light on your eyes. Do this schedule daily for a few weeks and your sleep cycles will normalize. If you must use melatonin take a micro dose (1/4 or less of a 1 mg tablet) before it gets dark like around 5. Don’t use it on a regular basis. Try some Bach flower essences for the anxiety. If you’re traumatized Rescue Remedy will work. Or pick one that fits your situation. Exercise for no more than 30 minutes in the morning. |

I cannot shut it off keep a journal of You visions ... Chamomile tea before bed w/honey ... freshly clean bed sheets ... be sure not to take anything ... no melatonin ... Read the Bible before bed ... very important ... put down the Bible ... when Your eye's get tired ... You need a soft lamp by the bed to read by ... turn off lamp and sleep ... Room must be void of light while sleeping ... I will add that Your eyes need sunlight during the day to adjust Your internal clock ... good luck ... eat some brown rice it contains B6 it will aid sleep ...
