Sleep. Help!!!!!!!!
I haven’t been able to sleep but few hours over last week and a half. I’ve tried melatonin been through about half a bottle during this period., sleep sounds galore. I’ve changed my diet and began exercising. Eating at certain times and ceasing liquids past certain times. I am on the brink of sleep and just stay there. I am going crazy. I am on lamotrigine for seizures since sept. Not until recently have I had this issue. I called my dr. Office to see if they would prescribe something to help me sleep. The dr. Who keeps rescheduling a month at a time. They refused until I saw dr. Feb 18 is wh n I’ll hopefully have this appointment. What do I do? I am scared I’m going to have seizure hallucination this event and anxiety is off the charts. Last time it happened I was screaming for my mom as the shadows swirled around the room and two upside down spinning pyramids in my hands. Please help me

Wild lettuce. It grows everywhere. Wash it. Bake it at a very low temperature for a short time, just enough to dry it but not enough to cook it. Chop it up and make tea with it.

Try: No caffeine. No sugar or artificial sweeteners. Take warm Edson salt bath in the evening, soaking for 15-20 min. Evening meal should be something like pasta, make it high carb. Should help.

I tried gluten free at one point for 3 months and got total insomnia. Completely corrected when I went back to carbs. Good luck to you. Sleep is important.

Epson salt is magnesium, known for relaxation. Two cups in a bath allows it to get into your pores. Showers don’t have the same effect.

You won't sleep more, but you will need less sleep.

Beet helps oxygenate your blood and helps your liver function.

Try some phenibut 4 hours before bed like 300-400mg. You’ll sleep very deep for up to 8hours. You can find some at the nootropics depot.

Do a long fast, stop eating now until you sleep.

Do non-aerobic exercise, lift some light weight for a few hours, then lie on the floor with just a pillow, no mattress, it is important to lie down without comfort. It has to be on the floor, away from your bed or sofa.

When lying down try to drive away thoughts, try to keep your mind as empty as possible.

Go back and give me a green. I guarantee you will sleep today.

And add lavender essential oils to the water, plus atomize in your bedroom or place drops on pillow/bed linens. Good luck OP.

Ask your doc if trazadone is an option for you.

It's good at putting you to sleep quickly, like about 15 minutes after taking it. I take it every night, just to go to sleep.
