It was an illegitimate election, but Biden is the legitimate president. Because he was formally inaugurated, he has the legitimate authority to declare wars, draft you into them, tax you, put you in prison, commit you to debt, and negotiate trade on your behalf.

If someone with that legitimate authority no longer needs the consent of the governed, this is literally taxation without representation. If those fundamental founding principles of this country are no longer true, then the only logical conclusion is that the USA no longer exists as a principle or concept, but rather only as a legal entity
