It doesnt move like an insect

it shakes back and forth fast occasionally... almost like there is a filter in front of the camera that has something on it that gets shaked occasionally

the spot is on the building now... not sure what it is

It has been there off and on for days. It moves in a weird pattern like an orb. But was told it is an insect.

Perhaps a gargoyle? Nowadays anything is possible. It also looks like it's blurred out, but on that black speck.

Really? i havent seen again. My second thought it many ash from yesterdays fire, but who knows.

It never moves down building. Stays at the top and above dome. Beyond me what it is. I zoom in and it just blurs.

I watched it slither down the capitol. Looks like the black blob from The THING.

I have seen a swarm of red tiny strings that I think were some type of nanobots

Another time I was with a group of people (no drugs involved) in a motel room and at one point the room suddenly filled with hundreds of thousands of tiny black specs that to be seemed machine like

We all swatted at them together and after 10 seconds or so they disappeared

Maybe it is a swarm of nanobots

Maybe they can see it irl and they dont know what to think and its part of why there is so much military presence in DC now

but yeah who knows...
